At Step To Tech, we specialize in selling digital products such as software, WordPress plugins, and themes. Because these products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, our refund policy is limited.

1. Digital Product Policy

All products sold on Step To Tech are digital downloads. Once a product has been delivered or downloaded, it is considered used and cannot be returned.

Therefore, all sales are generally final.
